Exactly, fighting with my inner self to gain additional stamina.

Thanks to my company, this week I do fitness exercises double.

Mon    Jogging (5km) in the evening

Tue     Body Work Out for lunch,  in the evening Goshindo Woman self defence
Wed    Massage for lunch           , in the evening boulder climbing
Thu     Line Dance in the afternoon, girls soccer in the evening
Fri      Body Work Out (this time with less pain afterwards), in the evening: Zumba!

Tomorrow there is a planned maintenance for the electrics of my lot, if the new spare part does fit, driving it is!
And, if not, I will drive with Juniors bike 😉
