My last roll over with my cross bike has startled me. Simply hitting my head into the dirt  isn’t really healthy at all!
Therefore i bore the crazy idea, that Jiu Jitsu technics may help with this.

Right?      Wrong!      Ok, maybe…  😉

Naturally, no one is born as master and so i experience a lot of pain, tears and sweat. As Roku-kyu (First trainee grade) i will have to went a long stretch to arrive at least at the basics.Jiu

But, despite all the pain, the technics are perfect to attenuate a fall.

 

 

 

Naturally, in case of emergency I will not perform as perfect as the guy in this video:  😉
