first of all a big apologise for my long absence here.
But, first I had to place my bones in the right places again 😉
still, despite this I tried to keep my trainings schedule as always. meaning: zumba, Jogging, jiu Jitsu, as well as climbing during the week. Due to some – already common – technical issues, unfortunately not to much MX included here. But, my construction site is again up and running, and, as it seems, in a state to manage the Iron Mountain challenge.
Am i? not quite shure, but I am in good hope to fill the next 16th days with more training and experience to come.
